Big Yellow Trailer

We try extremely hard to make the best food possible in the cleanest conditions. All our menu items are of the best quality we can get and as fresh as possible. If we knew how to make an item better than it is, we would already be doing it! We are fully licensed, insured and inspected by the health departments in each county that we serve food in. Customers appreciate the window screens, (no one likes flies around their food!) The gloved hands and the noticeable good hygiene of the people working in The Big Yellow. We have actually had a health department bring a group of health inspectors to see our trailer after it had already been inspected..... They wanted to show the other inspectors how clean and nice it was possible to run a trailer. Depending on the size of the show, we operate the 24 foot trailer with Debbie and me and up to 8 people. (Yes it can be crowded but when 750 lbs of Curly Fries are served in a 5 1/2 hour period you have to be efficient.) We usually run off a 50 amp 220 volt plug but are fully self contained and can run 3 to 4 days straight off our generator. Our propane will last up to 12 days if we are running off 220 volt power.
